Our service list is deliberately focused right now. As our general ontractor license activates in the comin months, we will expand our offerings to include full kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, decks and lanais, storm damage repair, and light commercial work. Every project is priced from a free on-site estimate. Interior painting typically ranges from $2 to $4 per
square foot of floor area, exterior painting from $2.50 to $5 per square foot of home exterior, and drywall
repair from $150 for small patches. Final pricing depends on scope, prep, materials, and access. We quote
it in writing before the job starts.
Most interior painting jobs finish in 2 to 5 days, exterior paint jobs in 3 to 7 days, and popcorn ceiling
removal in 2 to 4 days depending on square footage. Small drywall repairs are often same-day or next-day.
Your written estimate includes the exact timeline for your project.
Yes. TMC carries general liability and workers compensation insurance, and we operate under a
sponsoring Florida general contractor while our own GC license moves through the state. Every job scope
we quote is inside the legal work we can perform today, and we tell you plainly if a job requires services we
cannot yet self-license.
